Session & Cancellation Policy

Sessions are reserved especially for you and are prepared for in advance. The following policies help support a respectful and sustainable scheduling process.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds

Because sessions are prepaid and time is reserved in advance, refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

Approved cancellations within the policy window will receive a partial refund according to the cancellation terms above.
