Reiki Training & Certification:
Level I & Level II
Develop a personal Reiki practice, learn to confidently share Reiki with others, and receive certification in both Reiki Level I and Level II through an intimate, two-day training experience.
Trainings are held in Cypress, Texas, and class sizes are intentionally limited to create space for personalized guidance, hands-on practice, and meaningful integration.

Usui Holy Fire® Reiki I and II training for those who feel called to explore Reiki for personal healing, professional practice, or both.
Reiki is best understood through experience, but a clear foundation helps you feel confident in what you are sensing and how you are working with the energy. Throughout this two-day intensive, you will develop your skills step by step, beginning with self-Reiki and expanding into complete sessions for others, distant healing, Japanese Reiki Techniques, and the traditional Reiki II symbols.
By the completion of Reiki Level II, you will have the training and certification needed to begin offering Reiki sessions in person or remotely.

An Experiential Approach to Reiki Certification
This training is a combination of teaching, discussion, guided experience, and hands-on practice.
You will have opportunities to give and receive Reiki, practice self-treatment, work with the Reiki II symbols, explore distant healing, and experience traditional Japanese Reiki Techniques as taught by Usui Sensei.
The intention is to help you develop a real relationship with Reiki and leave feeling prepared to continue practicing in your everyday life.
Class sizes are limited to six students so everyone has room to learn, ask questions, practice, and receive support throughout the experience.
The Intention Behind These Trainings
My dream is for Reiki to one day be a mainstream tool that everyone has in their toolbox to not only cultivate greater individual health and happiness, but to also create a more peaceful world.
Anyone can learn Reiki. It does not require belief, only openness.
During the Reiki I and II classes, we will explore:
– What Reiki is and how Reiki energy works
– The origin and history of Usui Reiki
– The Reiki Ideals
– Self-Reiki and complete treatments for others
– Standard Reiki session hand positions
– Using Reiki to support specific conditions
– Clearing, grounding, and protecting your energy
– The traditional Usui Reiki II symbols and how to use them
– Distant Reiki healing
– Using Reiki to support the healing of unwanted habits
– Working with practice clients
– Foundational considerations for beginning a professional Reiki practice
You will also learn and practice Japanese Reiki Techniques, including:
– Gassho meditation
– Reiji-ho
– Byosen Scanning for areas in need of Reiki
– Gyoshi-ho, or sending Reiki with the eyes
– Kenyoku, a dry bathing technique used to clear the energy field

Reiki trainings are offered in limited groups throughout the year, with space for only six students in each class. No previous Reiki experience is required.
